iDGARD now offers new tools and setting options for your Administrator: e. g., a minimal password length may now be defined for all account users when entering the password criteria (Admin -> Settings)
What’s more, said settings now allow the Admin to specify a period, after which an unused Full License is automatically deactivated.
Note: A deactivated user cannot log on; the Admin must first reactivate the party’s identifier manually, to enable this.
Also new: The menu item „Color Theme“ allows Premium customers to select, besides the primary and secondary color, also the text color.

In the last update, the Admin menu was adjusted as to include the item “Invoicing”. It now allows you to specify your preferred payment method: regular invoice or direct debit.
Besides said new features, we also improved many minor points on your user interface. To name only a few: BoxMail, Reset Password and Data Room Journal – for convenience and a smooth workflow.
What’s more, some minor language features were also improved further, as well as the service’s reliability.
